An experienced urban planner with deep expertise in city development, spatial planning, and socio-economic research, he has led APARC's growth from an Ahmedabad-based consultancy into a nationally recognised planning firm working across 23 states. He brings strategic vision, client leadership, and technical depth to every engagement APARC undertakes.

A retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, P K Ghosh provides strategic and policy guidance across APARC's flagship engagements. His experience at the highest levels of state and central government gives APARC's work a policy credibility that few consultancies can match — particularly in assignments involving government scheme evaluation, institutional reform, and inter-departmental coordination.

Utpal Padia brings over three decades of urban administration experience to APARC, having served as Deputy Municipal Commissioner at the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC).
