Mr. Ajay Agrawal, Managing Director of APARC, is a distinguished Urban Planner, Architect, and Law Graduate with over 20 years of experience in planning, research, and development. He has successfully led 400+ projects across urban infrastructure, regional planning, environmental management, and policy advisory, driving sustainable and impactful development initiatives across India.
Mr. P. K. Ghosh, IAS (Retd.), Director, APARC, brings extensive experience in urban administration, planning, and governance across diverse regions of India. A seasoned administrator, he possesses deep expertise in urban planning, heritage regulations, and management practices, and continues to contribute actively to sustainable urban development and policy initiatives.
Mr. Utpal Padia, Director, APARC, brings over 36 years of experience in urban governance, planning, and infrastructure development. A former Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, he has led landmark urban initiatives, including India’s first full-scale BRT system, and provides strategic guidance in policy planning, research, and impact assessment.
Mr. Mahesh Singh, IFS (Retd.), Director, APARC, is a distinguished former Indian Forest Service officer with over 30 years of leadership experience across the forestry, environment, urban development, water, energy, education, and rural industries sectors. His extensive cross-sectoral expertise and commitment to sustainable development provide valuable strategic guidance to APARC’s initiatives.
Ms. Rinku A. Agrawal, Director, APARC, is a Commerce graduate with extensive experience in institutional management and organizational administration. She plays a key role in guiding the organization's strategic direction, strengthening operational efficiency, and supporting the effective implementation of projects and institutional initiatives.

Retired academician with over 42 years of experience in Industrial Geography, Environmental Management, and Rural Development. Held key positions including Director of Population Research Centre (MoHFW, GoI). Authored 8 books, published 50+ research papers, guided 22 Ph.D. scholars.
Over 11 years of experience as a CA. Areas include Implementation of Accounting Reforms and Accrual base double-entry accounting for ULBs, City Development Plans, DPRs, Project Management, and Training on Municipal Accounting.

In efforts to promote homestays of Gujarat, a one night two days exposure visit was conducted by APARC Pvt. Ltd. under Gujarat Tourism for Tours and Travel Operators of Gujarat. The exposure visit aimed at promoting business undertakings between Gujarat homestay owners and various tours and travel operators. The event was successfully carried out as various MoUs were signed between the two parties.
Gujarat TourismAPARC conducted a Training Programme on Gujarat Water Supply And Sewerage Board (GWSSB) Software at GJTI (Gujarat Jalseva Training Institute), Gandhinagar. The programme aimed to strengthen software adoption among water utility officers and administration staff across Gujarat.
