He brings strategic vision, client leadership, and technical depth to every engagement APARC undertakes.

A retired officer of the Indian Forest Service (IFS), Mahesh Singh leads APARC's environment, forest, and ecology practice. His decades of hands-on experience with protected area management, biodiversity conservation, and forest policy bring rare credibility to APARC's ecological assignments — including Wildlife Management Plans, Eco-Sensitive Zone studies, and coastal zone management projects.
